Beach to Beack 5K Sponsored by Hip Baby Gear a Sucess!

Thanks to everyone who participated in last weekend's Beach to Beach 5K, sponsored by Hip Baby Gear. It was a great day... the weather cooperated and the event was a huge success. Over 340 people ran or walked, which is incredible for a first-time race. There were plenty of strollers there, with most being pushed by runners! The best part is that the event raised a lot of money for the Jr. Aid charities in the North Shore, such as HAWK, Raw Arts, Girls Inc. and more.

At Hip Baby Gear we meet so many new parents who are completely paralyzed by the preparations for their baby. Sure, they've gone to the childbirth prep classes at the hospital and have read all the pregnancy books, but it seems that no one really tells them what they need to do to get prepared.
